Eldorado Hills Golf Club is located in the Northwest sector of Norfolk, in a predominantly residential setting.  It is located within the city limits and is within Norfolk's zoning jursidiction.  In general, the site is considered to be on the western edge of Norfolk's existing residential devopment zone of approximately 150 homes.  These homes in this area of the city are newer, having been built during the past 15 to 20 years with ongoing new homes being built.  Homes prices range from $250,000 on up.

Norfolk is located 112 miles Northwest of Omaha, Nebraska, 121 miles North of Lincoln, Nebraska, and 75 miles Southwest of Sioux City, Iowa.  US Hwys 81 and 275 and NE Hwy's 24 and 35 intersect in Norfolk.
